WPLG's Paul Kibel Publishes Article on Western Balkan Hydropower and Invited to Lecture in Serbia and Montenegro

WPLG's Paul Kibel has been invited to deliver lectures in late October 2024 at Novi Sad University in Serbia and the University of Montenegro Faculty of Law on the topic of fisheries and hydropower in transboundary river basins. The focus of his lectures will be on the controversy between Montenegro and Bosnia & Herzegovina related to the proposed Buk Bijela hydropower project on the Drina River, which is also the subject of his recent article published in the Journal of Water Law and co-authored with Professor Maja Kostic-Mandic of the University of Montenegro Faculty of Law.
